注意事項 Notes

当宿は木造の一棟貸しのため、ご利用に際しご注意いただきたい点がございます
ご利用の際は以下をご注意いただきますようお願い申し上げます

  • 当宿にはスタッフは常駐しておりません

  • 近隣には住民の方がお住まいになっておりますため、
     音の漏れるパーティーや宴会でのご利用は固くお断りしておりますご利用の際は、
     特に夜間の大きな声や音などには十分ご配慮いただきますようお願いいたします
     施設前でも大きな声で騒いだり近隣の方のご迷惑になる行為をしないようご注意ください

  • 当建物内、ならびに施設前はすべて禁煙です
     また、施設前道路含めて花火やバーベキューなどの火気を使用するような行為も禁止させていただきます

  • ゴミを外に出さないようお願いいたします
     必ず施設内指定場所に置いてください。また、近隣でのポイ捨ても厳禁です

  • ペットを連れてのご利用はご遠慮ください

ご利用状況によっては改善のお願いをさせていただきます
万が一改善が見られない場合はやむを得ず退出いただく場合もございます
なおその際のご利用料金の返金は致しかねますので予めご了承ください

NOTES:
This is a traditional wooden house. We would like to ask you to keep in mind the following points when using any facilities and equipment.

  • There is no on-site staff at this vacation house.

  • This house is located in the residential area. Party or get-together with loud voices is prohibited at any time of the day, particularly in the evening hours. Pay special attention NOT to disturb the neighbors. Making noise or Troublesome behavior around the house is strictly required.

  • No-smoking in the house as well as in the neighborhood.
    Fireworks or Barbecue is also restricted on the premises and streets around the house.

  • Do not dispose the trash outside. Trash must be disposed at the designated place.
    Prohibition of Littering. All types of littering, including that of empty cans, bottles, cigarettes, and chewing gum in the surrounding area.

  • Be kindly requested NOT to bring pets to the house and premises.

If the User violates any of these prohibitions and requests, we may ask the User to suspend the further use of the Casa Amino.
In such case, No Refund will be made.

キャンセル規約 Cancellation Policy

キャンセル料は、下記に基づいた料金を頂戴致します。あらかじめご了承ください

ご宿泊予定日の2週間前まで：無料
ご宿泊予定日の2週間～3日前：ご宿泊料金50％
3日～当日：ご宿泊料金の100%

Cancellation Charges:

Cancellation fee will be charged in accordance with the policy of Casa Amino.
On 2 weeks prior to arrival date : No Cancellation Fee will occur
2 weeks to 3 days prior to your scheduled stay: 50% of the accommodation fee will be charged
3 days to the day/ No show : 100% of the accommodation fee will be charged
